1: the internal resistance, viscosity of ink flow, are the most important indicators of stability and fluidity of ink. Ink viscosity is moderate, with the temperature changes little better. The viscosity is too high, too thick ink, liquidity is poor, prone to pull do not move; the viscosity is too low, the ink thin, easy to cause the rejection of ink, ink spill; our ink using original standard production, the use of smooth, even ink, not sticky ink detection needle, winter is not smoke without moving, summer days not to jilt ink, ink spill (recommended the use of the best at 15-30 ℃).

2, fineness: ink particles and dispersion of the fine degree. The smaller the particle size, permeability, quick drying ink performance is better, printing more clear; the greater the ink fineness, rough, easily cause plugging, ink spill; at the same time reduce the service life of the machine. Ink to adopt the latest Japanese ink device, with vacuum emulsification technology, ensure the small enough fineness.

4, stability: ink changes at different temperature (our test temperature: -20 ℃ - 60 ℃), the change magnitude of the major indexes. To test by experiment, ink to the high temperature of 60 DEG C for 24 hours, low temperature -20 ℃ for 24 hours for a cycle, 3 cycles of repetition, ink without change, good stability.
